Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced 3PL and Driver Sourcing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our delivery operations, primarily focused on food deliveries. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the logistics and last-mile delivery industry along with a strong network of freelance drivers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.

Key Responsibilities

As a 3PL and Driver Sourcing Specialist, you will:

• Source freelance delivery drivers based on the company’s operational needs and delivery volume.
• Identify and establish partnerships with reliable 3PL companies to secure drivers and delivery capacity.
• Build and sustain a robust network of drivers and 3PL partners to ensure consistent service availability.
• Negotiate terms, rates, and operational requirements with 3PL providers to optimize service delivery.
• Monitor driver availability daily, adjusting to fluctuating delivery demands.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to address driver requirements promptly.
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new drivers, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance measures are completed.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing drivers and logistics partners to support long-term operational success.

Required Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate:

• Proven experience within logistics, 3PL operations, or last-mile delivery, specifically in the Saudi Arabian market.
• In-depth understanding of the delivery landscape and market dynamics in Saudi Arabia.
• An existing network of freelance drivers and/or 3PL companies enabling rapid capacity sourcing.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities to manage relationships effectively.
• Ability to meet operational targets, ensuring timely and adequate driver sourcing aligned with company demands.

Preferred Qualifications
