Job Overview

A reputable pharmacy group located in North Riyadh is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Keeper to efficiently manage their inventory and warehouse operations. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth stock handling, timely distribution, and accurate record-keeping within the pharmacy supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

The Warehouse Keeper will be responsible for receiving goods from suppliers and verifying them against purchase orders to ensure accuracy. Proper storage of inventory in the warehouse and timely issuance and distribution of items to various pharmacy branches are key tasks. The role also involves conducting regular stock audits, monitoring product expiry dates closely, and maintaining detailed records of all inventory movements in the system.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 4 years of experience working in pharmacies or comparable retail environments.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Odoo inventory management software is preferred but not mandatory.

Employment Terms

The selected candidate will receive a competitive monthly package ranging between SAR 4,000 and SAR 5,000, which includes housing and transportation allowances. Additional benefits include one month of paid annual leave coupled with an annual air ticket. The work schedule comprises 48 hours weekly over 6 days, with a 90-day probationary period. The position requires immediate availability or joining within two weeks at the latest.
