We are looking for a skilled Ophthalmic Technician to join a hospital team based in Riyadh. This role is ideal for qualified local candidates who hold the necessary certification and experience in ophthalmic healthcare. The successful candidate will support eye care professionals by assisting in clinical tasks and ensuring high-quality patient service.

Key Responsibilities

The Ophthalmic Technician will be responsible for preparing patients for eye examinations, conducting preliminary tests, and assisting ophthalmologists during procedures. This includes operating diagnostic equipment, collecting patient histories, and ensuring compliance with hospital protocols to deliver effective patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Possession of a current classification certificate from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS)
• Relevant educational background and proven experience in ophthalmic technology or related healthcare fields
• Ability to operate ophthalmic diagnostic tools and equipment
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and medical staff
• Valid transferable iqama allowing legal employment within Saudi Arabia
