Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Doctor to join our medical team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including those involving bones, joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and the spine. This role requires delivering top-quality patient care while fully complying with the healthcare regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

The Orthopedic Doctor will conduct thorough patient examinations to diagnose orthopedic conditions and injuries. They will develop personalized treatment plans that may include medication, physical therapy, or surgical options when necessary. Responsibilities also cover performing orthopedic surgeries, interpreting diagnostic imaging such as X-rays, MRI, and CT scans, and providing both pre-operative and post-operative care. The physician will monitor patient progress, adjusting treatments accordingly, and offer education to patients and their families on treatment methods, recovery, and preventive measures. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team is essential to ensure comprehensive patient management. Additionally, the doctor will maintain detailed medical records and participate in ongoing quality improvement programs and educational activities while ensuring adherence to Saudi Ministry of Health and hospital standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or an equivalent qualification with board certification or recognized specialization in Orthopedics. A valid registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) or eligibility to obtain it is required, with preference for candidates already licensed to practice in Saudi Arabia. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of clinical experience in orthopedic care is preferred. The role demands excellent diagnostic capabilities, surgical proficiency, and strong clinical judgment. Effective communication and teamwork skills are vital to working within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
