Saudi Almas Medical Services (Saudi AMS) is seeking qualified Male Nursing Specialists to provide expert nursing care within clinical and industrial site settings in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is focused on supporting medical services at industrial locations, ensuring health and safety compliance and delivering timely patient care.

Key Responsibilities

The Male Nursing Specialist will be responsible for assessing and managing patients’ medical needs on-site, collaborating with healthcare teams, and responding promptly to emergencies including rescue operations at heights. Candidates must be prepared to work in physically demanding environments and ensure adherence to all safety protocols and occupational health standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
• Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration with Professional Classification as Nursing Specialist
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification accredited by the Saudi Heart Association (SHA)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification mandatory; Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) is preferred
• At least 1 to 2 years of clinical or industrial site nursing experience within Saudi Arabia
• Possession of a valid Nursing Specialist Iqama, preferably transferable; candidates must disclose prior transfers or expiry status
• Experience certificates from both home country and Saudi Arabia
• Ministry of Health (MOH) certificate, if available
• Additional certifications such as Work-at-Height or recognized third-party safety credentials are advantageous
• Physical fitness and willingness to perform emergency rescue operations at height when required
