This role demands a professional with 4 to 5 years of experience within the legal sector, preferably with a background in contracting companies. Strong knowledge of labor, contract, and contracting regulations is essential, coupled with fluency in both spoken and written English.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
• Representing the company in dealings with government agencies and courts.
• Handling legal disputes and case management efficiently.
• Providing sound legal advice to support company operations.
• Overseeing licensing processes and following up on all legal procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws degree with a valid legal representative license.
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years legal experience, preferably in the contracting industry.
• In-depth understanding of labor laws, contracts, and relevant regulations within Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Capability to manage legal cases and interact professionally with government authorities.
