Requirements:
Bachelor of Laws
Valid legal representative license
4 to 5 years of experience in the legal field (preferably in contracting companies)
Knowledge of labor regulations, contracts and contracting regulations
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Main Functions:
Preparing and reviewing contracts
Representing the company before government agencies and courts
Managing cases and disputes
Providing legal advice
Follow-up of licenses and legal procedures
