Expertz – The Consultants is seeking a dedicated Immigration Consultant to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site position involves managing immigration-related tasks, advising clients on visas, immigration laws, and global immigration processes. The consultant will serve as a key point of contact, offering comprehensive services to clients and ensuring smooth immigration experiences.

Key Responsibilities

The Immigration Consultant will be responsible for handling daily immigration procedures, providing expert advice on work permits and visit visas particularly for European destinations, and maintaining client relationships. The role demands thorough knowledge of immigration policies and laws, coordinating with clients to understand their requirements, and navigating complex immigration processes with keen attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least one year of proven experience within the immigration industry.
• A strong understanding of immigration procedures, including European work permits and visit visas.
• Excellent consultation skills to offer clear immigration guidance.
• Fluency in English and Hindi or Urdu.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer service experience and the capability to build and sustain client relationships.
• Energetic approach to managing detailed and complex immigration cases.
