Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customs Clearance Operations Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This role focuses on managing customs documentation, coordinating with shipping and logistics partners, and ensuring the smooth release and delivery of cargo. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Saudi customs procedures and a good grasp of DP World, RSGT, and Mawani terminal operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle customs clearance documentation and coordinate delivery orders with relevant stakeholders. Responsibilities include linking and following up on Delivery Orders (DO), managing procedures at DP World, Red Sea Gateway Terminal (RSGT), and Mawani, and maintaining communication lines between shipping lines, agents, and terminal representatives.

Further duties involve tracking container and shipment clearance, ensuring timely cargo release, preparing and verifying shipping and customs paperwork, and coordinating with transporters for on-time cargo delivery. Regular follow-ups with customers and operational teams to resolve any issues and streamline processes are essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in Saudi customs clearance and logistics operations
• Practical knowledge of DP World, RSGT, and Mawani operational procedures
• Understanding of Delivery Order (DO) linking and cargo release workflows
• Familiarity with Bayan/Fasah documentation is advantageous
• Strong communication and coordination capabilities
• Ability to independently manage daily operational follow-ups and problem-solving
