We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Support Engineer to join a leading company in the FMCG sector located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

The Senior IT Support Engineer will oversee the entire IT infrastructure, providing technical support for end-users and maintaining system stability. You will lead the IT team by providing training and performance evaluation while planning and implementing enterprise-wide IT solutions tailored to business needs. Maintaining data security through regular backups, enforcing network access controls, and monitoring system performance will be essential tasks. Additionally, the role involves conducting system audits to identify and mitigate risks and coordinating the setup and upkeep of CCTV systems.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in IT support, including 1 to 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Strong expertise in managing IT operations and deploying technology solutions is crucial. Excellent leadership qualities, along with effective communication and problem-solving skills, are important to excel in this role.
