Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Technology Lead with a strong background in cloud platforms and continuous deployment environments. Reporting directly to the Head of Deployment, you will collaborate with multi-functional mission teams to ensure seamless technology delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As a central member of cross-functional teams, you will act as the primary point of contact for resolving technical issues. Whether coordinating with engineering teams or troubleshooting on your own, you will leverage your technical expertise to support smooth operations. Your role will involve bridging the gap between technology and other business units, fostering teamwork and clear communication.

Required Skills and Experience

• Solid technical foundation with a passion for continuous learning and expanding your knowledge, particularly in infrastructure management.
• Proven capability to communicate effectively across product, business, and development teams.
• Hands-on experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Familiarity with one or more major cloud service providers such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
• A strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices to ensure secure software delivery.
• Practical knowledge of Agile or iterative software development methodologies.
• Insight into product-driven software development concepts, including principles like minimum viable product (MVP).
• Awareness of microservices architecture and experience working with APIs and system integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor your message to diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to driving results.
• Adaptable and agile in your work style, embracing a positive and energetic team spirit.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory.
