Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join a reputable software solutions company in Riyadh. This role focuses on providing both hardware and software maintenance, with an emphasis on delivering remote technical support to existing clients. The ideal candidate will be local to Riyadh and hold a transferable and valid Iqama.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing regular maintenance on software and hardware systems to ensure optimal performance. In addition, they will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely, supporting clients promptly and effectively. Flexibility to work under pressure and adapt to a flexible schedule is essential for this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT support, particularly in software and hardware maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for remote client support.
• Availability for flexible working hours as needed.
• Must be a local hire residing in Riyadh with a transferable and valid Iqama.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive monthly salary between 2000 SAR and 2500 SAR. Additional benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
