We are urgently seeking a dedicated IT Support Staff member to join our team in Riyadh, specifically in the Olaya area. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in IT and experience supporting end users and managing IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide essential IT support services, focusing on troubleshooting technical issues, assisting end users, and maintaining smooth BMC operations. The role demands effective communication and a problem-solving mindset to address various IT challenges efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
• Possession of a valid Iqama is mandatory.
• Proven experience in BMC operations alongside IT troubleshooting and end-user support.
• Strong communication abilities coupled with analytical problem-solving skills.
• Must be available to work onsite in Riyadh (Olaya).

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges between SAR 2,500 and SAR 4,000 per month, with the exact amount determined during the interview process. Transportation will be provided by the company to ensure easy commute for employees.
