We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist with a background in restaurant or hospitality environments to join our team in Riyadh. This role involves providing technical assistance for point-of-sale (POS) systems, network infrastructure, and general IT issues to ensure smooth daily operations within a busy restaurant setting.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will handle technical support tasks related to restaurant POS systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software malfunctions across PCs, printers, routers, and POS devices. Maintaining the IT infrastructure to prevent disruptions and assisting staff with technology-related questions are essential parts of the role. Additionally, collaborating with management to implement effective IT solutions and ensuring data security and timely system updates are crucial responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should have prior experience providing IT support within restaurants or the hospitality sector. A solid understanding of POS technologies, network troubleshooting, and proficiency in Windows and macOS environments is necessary. Strong problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills are equally important for managing IT issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment and Additional Requirements
