We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. This role involves providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering timely assistance and resolution to IT-related problems faced by users.
• Managing and maintaining Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
• Handling user account administration and providing support for antivirus solutions.
• Utilizing remote support tools to diagnose and fix technical issues.
• Documenting support activities and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of practical experience in IT support or help desk environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in managing antivirus software and remote support platforms.
• Excellent communication skills combined with a methodical approach to problem resolution.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
