Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Project Site Supervisor to oversee multiple technical projects across various sites in Riyadh. This role demands a professional with strong leadership experience in managing IT infrastructure teams, combined with the technical expertise to configure and troubleshoot networking devices. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth project execution while maintaining quality standards and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The supervisor will be responsible for managing daily site operations and coordinating with teams to meet project goals, including:

• Overseeing multiple IT infrastructure projects at different locations.
• Supervising technicians, installers, and subcontractors to ensure work aligns with project plans and standards.
• Assigning and tracking daily site activities to keep projects on schedule.
• Configuring and troubleshooting networking equipment such as routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
• Supporting the installation and maintenance of LAN/WAN and wireless networks.
• Managing fiber optic infrastructure installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Supervising CCTV and other low-current system implementations.
• Coordinating with project managers, vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve site issues and track progress.
• Ensuring the availability of necessary materials, tools, and manpower onsite.
• Monitoring timelines, identifying risks or delays, and implementing corrective measures.
• Maintaining detailed project documentation including progress, configuration, site reports, and handover paperwork.
• Upholding quality, safety, and compliance across all project sites.
• Facilitating testing, commissioning, and client approvals leading up to project completion.

Required Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will have a blend of technical and leadership skills, including:

• Proven track record as a Project Site Manager, Site Engineer, or Network Site Supervisor within IT, ELV, or low-current projects.
• Experience managing multiple sites and coordinating field technicians effectively.
• Hands-on capabilities with configuring and troubleshooting routers, managed switches, and wireless access points.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals such as IP addressing, VLANs, routing, switching, and wireless systems.
• Knowledge of fiber optic cabling, CCTV surveillance systems, and structured cabling installations.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, network diagrams, and project layouts.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload across several active sites simultaneously.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Networking, IT, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related disciplines.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or specialized network, wireless, fiber optic, or CCTV certifications are advantageous.
• Three to seven years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and project site management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a hands-on, technically proficient approach rather than purely supervisory. Candidates must be able to configure devices directly when necessary. Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams onsite are essential. This role also requires flexibility to travel between project locations.

Nationality requirement: Indian.

Salary range: 5000 SAR – 6000 SAR.
