Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the hotel’s information technology operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing IT implementation in line with corporate strategies, ensuring operational continuity, and maintaining high standards of service for both guests and business functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise combined with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and maintenance of all IT systems within the hotel, aligning with corporate policies and standards. Responsibilities include ensuring IT projects and initiatives are delivered on time with clear accountability, managing costs and benefits associated with technology solutions, and maintaining a secure, efficient IT environment.

Additional duties involve coordinating disaster recovery and business continuity plans, addressing guest and staff IT issues promptly, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring all technology infrastructure complies with internal and external security requirements, including PCI standards. The role also requires the management of IT asset lifecycles, conducting preventive maintenance, and assisting the Finance Department with relevant data and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel technology management or a related IT leadership role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with all levels of staff and external partners.
• Strong analytical thinking with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities suited for a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt priorities to meet urgent demands.
• Proficiency in managing IT hardware and software installations, vendor contracts, and data security protocols.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies and business processes swiftly.

Work Environment

The role is based at a dynamic hotel setting in Riyadh, where maintaining a user-friendly, organized, and collaborative IT environment is critical. The IT Manager will work closely with various hotel departments and corporate leadership to align technology services with business goals and guest satisfaction standards.
