IT managers are responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading software related activities in an organization. Help to determine the IT needs of an organization and are responsible for implementing software systems to fulfill the organization’s information systems requirements. On a daily basis, IT Managers manage backup, security and software systems. They direct daily operations of department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines.
