Job Overview

Gulf Connexions is seeking a skilled IT Manager to lead the technology operations of a prominent healthcare organization based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This hands-on role involves managing the company’s IT systems, hardware, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.

Key Responsibilities

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire IT infrastructure and internal systems. Your duties include ensuring the deployment of secure and efficient network solutions that align with business requirements, planning and controlling IT data operations, and managing a team of IT technicians. Additionally, you will be expected to resolve IT issues promptly, promote security awareness, and manage the annual IT budget effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in IT management within a professional services environment, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Strong expertise in Windows 7/8, Microsoft Office Suite, and Document Management Systems.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities coupled with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, innovation skills, and ability to foster team collaboration.
• Passion for leveraging technology to drive business value and improve operational efficiency.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
• A motivating leadership style focused on achieving personal, team, and organizational objectives.
