Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Data Scientist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for candidates with over five years of experience and a strong background in computer science or related fields. The successful applicant will play a vital part in developing AI and machine learning solutions, focusing on model training, deployment, and scaling using cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

The Associate Data Scientist will be responsible for end-to-end AI model lifecycle management, including training, testing, and deployment. The role involves working extensively with Generative AI and Large Language Models, ensuring efficient inference scaling, and leveraging distributed computing resources. You will manage GPU computing environments and work with NVIDIA NIMs and Hugging Face frameworks. Additionally, overseeing AI monitoring through dashboards and designing robust AI application architectures will be essential. Collaborating within a DevOps framework using tools like CI/CD pipelines, ArgoCD, Git, and Jenkins is also required.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and container orchestration technologies such as OpenShift, Kubernetes (K8s), and Docker
• Hands-on experience with AI model lifecycle management and MLOps/LLMOps practices
• Expertise in working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies
• Strong background in inference scaling and distributed computing
• Experience with GPU computing environments and NVIDIA technologies including NIMs and SuperPods (HPC, Slurm, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of AI monitoring systems and dashboard development
• Familiarity with DevOps tools including CI/CD, ArgoCD, Git, and Jenkins
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across teams
• Leadership experience and project management skills to drive initiatives effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field
• A minimum of five years of professional experience in data science or related areas
• Preferred nationality: Saudi
