We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant Information Technology Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for IT professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and innovative IT solutions. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation and security of our computer systems and technologies within the hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

As the Assistant IT Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the performance of all computer hardware to ensure optimal functioning. You will manage the inventory and documentation of all technology assets, including hardware, software, and manuals. Ensuring software runs efficiently without errors or delays is a vital part of this role.

You will prepare monthly reports detailing system status and any operational issues, maintain telephone system configurations, and oversee all MPT lines. Additionally, you will carry out repairs and maintenance on PCs, printers, telephones, interactive systems, and key lock systems. Managing user access rights across various platforms such as Windows, email, Opera, Micros, and Novell also falls under your responsibilities.

Acting as the primary liaison for external technical agents and providing timely support to users is essential. Understanding departmental workflows and performing corresponding IT tasks will keep operations seamless.
