Job Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled Glass and Aluminium Manager to take charge of factory operations within the glass and aluminium fabrication sector. This role is based in Riyadh and involves overseeing production planning, coordinating projects, and ensuring efficient factory outputs while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily factory activities related to glass and aluminium works. This includes overseeing the entire production process from planning and fabrication through quality assurance. Collaboration with project teams to meet schedules and technical specifications is essential, along with managing material usage to optimize productivity and minimize waste. Ensuring all work complies with approved technical drawings, engineering standards, and safety regulations is also a critical part of this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the glass and aluminium fabrication industry, demonstrating a strong background in factory management.
• An engineering degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English, including spoken and written communication.
• Extensive technical understanding of aluminium systems, glazing, façades, shop drawings, and production workflows.
• Excellent skills in managing teams, scheduling, quality control processes, and timely deliveries.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with project, procurement, and installation departments.
• Knowledge of industry safety standards and quality regulations to ensure compliance.
