Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction project warehouse based in Riyadh. This role involves managing the storage, receipt, and distribution of materials and equipment to ensure smooth support for ongoing project activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the receiving, storage, and issuance processes for construction materials and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to avoid discrepancies
• Collaborate closely with project managers, logistics teams, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of resources
• Lead and coordinate warehouse staff to optimize daily workflow
• Enforce safety protocols and security measures within the warehouse environment
• Implement effective storage solutions and retrieval systems to maximize operational efficiency
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports related to inventory and warehouse activities
• Address and resolve any inventory or operational challenges promptly
• Continuously improve warehouse layout and procedures to enhance productivity

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising warehouse operations, preferably within the construction sector
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage teams and workflows effectively
• Familiarity with handling construction materials and equipment is essential
• Ability to perform well under pressure in fast-paced, project-driven environments
