Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Steel Fabricator and Production Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. This role involves supervising and executing steel fabrication tasks such as fitting, welding, grinding, and surface preparation while ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will be skilled at interpreting technical drawings and managing on-site fabrication activities across various substations nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Read, interpret, and explain fabrication drawings clearly to the production team.
• Oversee steel fitting, welding, grinding, and surface preparation processes.
• Ensure all work meets quality control standards and complies with safety regulations.
• Coordinate site supervision to guarantee efficient workflow and schedule adherence.
• Maintain production targets and optimize resource utilization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in steel fabrication and supervising production teams.
• Ability to accurately interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans.
• Strong knowledge of welding, fitting, and surface preparation techniques.
• Experience working in workshop and site environments.
• Commitment to maintaining workplace safety and quality standards.

Work Conditions and Benefits

The position is based in Riyadh, covering both workshop and multiple substations across Saudi Arabia. Working hours are 9 hours a day, 6 days a week. The company provides accommodation, transportation, and medical coverage. Airfare to and from the country is covered at the start and completion of the contract. In addition, Iqama and insurance will be provided according to Saudi labor law. The initial probation period is 3 months.
