Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Manager to lead and manage all housekeeping activities at a well-established hotel in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional cleanliness standards, supervise housekeeping staff efficiently, and maintain strong guest satisfaction through effective communication and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

The Housekeeping Manager will oversee daily housekeeping operations throughout the hotel, ensuring all areas meet established hygiene and quality benchmarks. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, attendance, and deployment to maintain smooth operational workflow. You will be expected to enforce professional grooming standards, discipline, and conduct among all housekeeping personnel.

Regular inspections will be conducted to guarantee compliance with hotel protocols, alongside managing inventory and usage of cleaning supplies and equipment. The role also involves training staff on safety guidelines and service standards to uphold hotel reputation. Maintaining open communication with guests and hotel management to promptly address concerns and enhance service quality is essential. Additionally, the manager will prepare operational reports and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in housekeeping management within the hotel or hospitality industry
• Strong leadership capabilities and team management skills
• Effective communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• In-depth knowledge of housekeeping procedures, hygiene standards, and safety practices
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet operational deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with reputed hotels or hospitality groups is highly valued. Candidates holding a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Administration, Arts, or related fields will have an advantage. Candidates should be based in Riyadh or able to relocate.
