We are seeking a skilled Convenience Store Manager with a background in managing small to medium-sized supermarkets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and driving sales performance to meet company targets. This role requires hands-on leadership to maintain store standards and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all daily store activities including opening and closing procedures.
• Control inventory by ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise appropriately.
• Analyze sales data and implement effective strategies to boost sales and meet goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment compliant with company policies.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and legal regulations within the store.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience managing convenience or supermarket stores in Saudi Arabia.
• Sound knowledge of inventory control, sales monitoring, and customer service management.
• Ability to lead teams and maintain operational efficiency in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates should be currently based in Saudi Arabia and willing to consider local transfers.
• Age requirement: 25 to 35 years old.
