Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven MEP Site Project Engineer to lead and manage MEP works for commercial buildings, industrial factories, and warehouse construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in construction project execution, holding a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

The selected engineer will independently oversee all phases of assigned MEP projects, ensuring smooth execution from planning through to completion. Responsibilities include maintaining project schedules, managing site resources such as materials, manpower, and equipment efficiently, and supervising subcontractors and suppliers. Effective coordination with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders is essential, alongside rigorous monitoring of quality and safety standards throughout the project. The MEP Site Project Engineer will also provide timely progress updates to the Construction Manager at the head office.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of practical experience in construction project execution
• Proven track record with industrial buildings, warehouses, and commercial projects
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate site teams
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities
• Capability to independently manage all aspects of site operations and deliver projects on time and within quality standards
