We are seeking a skilled Telecom Site Engineer with extensive experience in telecom tower erection and civil works to join our team. This position involves working on long-term telecom projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, focusing on delivering high-quality, safe, and efficient tower construction.

Key Responsibilities

The Telecom Site Engineer will be responsible for interpreting and executing project drawings accurately and leading civil construction teams at Nokia telecom tower sites. Duties include overseeing excavation, steel reinforcement, formwork, concrete pouring, and foundation works, ensuring structural integrity for tower erection. The role also involves supervising carpentry activities related to shuttering and formwork, coordinating daily site operations including manpower and material management, and enforcing adherence to safety standards and client requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Telecom Site Engineer specializing in tower civil works.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proven leadership skills to manage and supervise site teams effectively.
• Thorough understanding of telecom safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
