Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Control Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our PMO team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing and controlling multiple projects spanning the energy and infrastructure sectors. This position demands a detail-oriented professional with strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Control Engineer will be responsible for closely monitoring schedules and tracking project progress across several ongoing initiatives. Managing budgets, costs, and forecasts by comparing planned versus actual figures is essential. Additionally, the role involves consolidating project data to generate comprehensive portfolio-level reports that inform stakeholders. Identifying potential risks and delays and supporting mitigation measures will be part of daily tasks, ensuring consistent and accurate project reporting and controls. The engineer will also assist the PMO by providing timely insights that support effective decision-making.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel to handle data analysis and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project for scheduling and planning.
• Strong analytical abilities paired with excellent coordination skills.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of project control experience within EPC, infrastructure, or renewable energy sectors.
• Demonstrated success in overseeing and monitoring multiple projects concurrently.
• Solid knowledge of cost control processes, project scheduling, and reporting standards.
