We are actively seeking a skilled Planning Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in project planning and scheduling, especially with Primavera P6 software, to help ensure projects meet timelines and milestones efficiently. This opening requires immediate availability due to the urgent nature of our current projects.

Key Responsibilities

The Planning Engineer will play a critical role in managing project schedules by preparing baseline plans and continuously updating them throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include monitoring progress closely, generating accurate reports on a weekly and monthly basis, and collaborating with site teams to manage resource allocation effectively. The role also requires identifying schedule delays promptly and proposing appropriate corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in using Primavera P6 for creating and maintaining project schedules.
• Preferably experienced with construction or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects.
• Strong analytical skills for delay analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work closely with project managers, engineers, and on-site teams.
• Immediate availability for employment in Saudi Arabia is essential.
