Nesma & Partners is seeking qualified professionals for several key engineering and construction roles to support a major expansion project in Saudi Arabia, including locations in NEOM and Riyadh. • Senior Civil Engineer (Infrastructure)
• Site Engineer (Building & Finishing)
• Planning Engineer (Primavera P6 Expert)
• Document Controller (with Aconex Experience)
• Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical & Electrical)
• Site Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Roles vary depending on the position but generally include overseeing project execution, coordinating site operations, monitoring progress through planning tools, managing documentation flows, handling quantity surveying tasks for mechanical and electrical works, and maintaining financial records related to site activities. Candidates will collaborate closely with project stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery of construction phases.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or construction discipline.
• Between 5 to 12 years of hands-on experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software is essential, such as Primavera P6 for planners and Aconex for document controllers.

Work Environment

These roles involve working in fast-paced, challenging environments within major construction developments in Riyadh and NEOM. Candidates must be adaptable and capable of coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to meet demanding project schedules and standards.
