Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Planning and Project Controls Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. This role focuses on managing construction planning, scheduling, cost control, and recovery strategies for residential and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and client coordination within building and steel structure projects.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning and project control activities across multiple projects. This includes developing and maintaining cost-loaded baseline schedules using Primavera P6, applying earned value management techniques to track project performance, and preparing detailed weekly and monthly executive reports such as S-curves and dashboards. Monitoring critical paths and implementing recovery plans to keep projects on track will be essential. Additionally, supporting tender processes by providing baseline schedules and necessary technical documentation is a key part of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction planning and project controls, especially in residential and industrial sectors.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 for schedule development and control.
• Strong competency in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and quotation analysis.
• Excellent ability to coordinate with clients and contractors for technical clarifications.
• Familiarity with earned value management (EVM) and performance tracking.
• Effective reporting skills including preparing S-curves and project dashboards.

Benefits and Compensation
