The openings are targeted at candidates with Gulf experience, who possess relevant technical qualifications and licenses. Available Positions and Key Responsibilities

• FM Coordinators (5 vacancies, Salary: 5000 SAR)
  Candidates should have a mechanical background with at least five years of Gulf experience. Priority will be given to applicants holding Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) certification and a valid driving license. The role involves coordinating maintenance activities, managing schedules, and ensuring facility operations run smoothly.
• MEP Technicians (Salary: 2500 SAR)
  Applicants need foundational knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems backed by a minimum of two years of Gulf experience. Preference is also for those with SCE certification and driving license. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting installations across MEP disciplines.
• HVAC Technicians (Salary: 2200 SAR)
  Candidates should hold an ITI certificate or diploma with at least two years of experience in the Gulf region. SCE certification and a driving license are advantageous. Typical duties cover installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
