Job Overview

We are urgently seeking skilled Electrical and Mechanical Engineers to join our facility management team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of five years’ experience in facility management, including overseeing maintenance teams and managing daily operations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate maintenance activities for electrical and mechanical systems within the facility.
• Supervise and lead maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety standards.
• Oversee facility operations to maintain optimal functionality and address any technical issues promptly.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in facility management, particularly in electrical or mechanical engineering roles.
• Proven ability to manage maintenance teams and ensure smooth facility operations.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in facility maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Iqama must be transferable to facilitate employment.
• Preferred candidates are Indian or Pakistani nationals.
• Relevant engineering degree or certifications will be advantageous.

Compensation

The offered salary for this position is 5000 Saudi Riyals per month, reflecting competitive compensation within the sector.
