Job Overview

China Railway is actively seeking skilled Site Engineers specializing in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, and Architectural disciplines to join prestigious high-rise building and luxury hotel construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. These roles require extensive experience and expertise to ensure the successful execution of 4-star and 5-star hotel developments.

Key Responsibilities

The Site Engineers will provide on-site supervision, coordination, and quality control to ensure all works meet project specifications and standards.

• Civil Site Engineers: Oversee all civil construction activities, verify compliance with approved drawings, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Electrical Site Engineers: Supervise electrical installations including low voltage systems, lighting, and power, ensure adherence to safety and technical standards, facilitate coordination with MEP and civil teams, and conduct inspections and testing.
• Mechanical Site Engineers: Manage HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical system installations, oversee supplier and subcontractor coordination, monitor testing and commissioning, and troubleshoot site challenges.
• Architectural Site Engineers: Ensure the flawless execution of architectural finishes, coordinate with project teams to uphold design quality, review materials, and guarantee that finishes meet luxury hotel standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 10 years of relevant site engineering experience, specifically in high-rise and luxury hotel projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, project coordination, and quality assurance.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to manage technical and site-related issues.

Important Note

Applicants without proven experience in high-rise buildings and 4-star or 5-star hotel projects will not be considered for these openings.
