Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a qualified Insulation QC Inspector with valid Aramco and CBT certifications for a long-term position based in Abqaiq, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in quality control within the insulation discipline, ensuring adherence to project standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections of insulation installations to verify quality and compliance with project specifications and codes. They will collaborate closely with contractors and vendors to maintain documentation and report on inspection results promptly. Ensuring all work meets Aramco standards and coordinating final acceptance testing will also be essential parts of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid Aramco vendor code and CBT certification are mandatory.
• Proven experience in insulation quality control inspection within industrial or engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of insulation materials, installation techniques, and inspection procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings related to insulation works.
• Excellent attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Work Environment

This position is based in Abqaiq and offers a long-term engagement with on-site inspections primarily guided by the company’s Field Acceptance Test (FAT) protocols. Candidates should be prepared to work in industrial settings following strict safety and quality standards.
