Job Overview

We are actively seeking qualified electrical and instrumentation professionals to join a leading energy project team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This urgent hiring opportunity aims to fill multiple key roles including Site Engineer, Electrical Foreman, Instrument Foreman, and Technicians specialized in power generation plants. Candidates must have a background in electrical, instrumentation, or electronics engineering and demonstrate a minimum of five years’ experience within power generation environments.

Key Responsibilities

The Site Engineer will oversee daily site operations, manage progress reporting, and supervise foremen and technicians. Responsibilities include conducting daily meetings with clients, preparing detailed progress reports, and ensuring project milestones are met promptly. The foremen and technicians will handle installation, maintenance, and calibration of DCS and PLC systems, cable and panel wiring, and interpreting electrical and instrumentation drawings. Supervisory roles require managing teams of technicians and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics & Communication Engineering for Site Engineers.
• Diploma in related fields for Foremen and Technicians.
• Strong hands-on experience with DCS and PLC systems, including installation, operation, and loop checking.
• Competence in reading and interpreting electrical and instrumentation drawings.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead technical teams in power generation plant settings.
• Experience in cable laying (power, control, fiber optic), panel installation, and field instrumentation calibration.
• Knowledge and application of Saudi Energy Company safety regulations.
• Certification to work as a Permit Receiver is mandatory.
