Job Overview
Universal Overseas Consultants, an ISO 9001:2015 certified agency approved by the Ministry of External Affairs, is currently seeking skilled professionals for multiple engineering roles in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. These long-term opportunities focus on fit-out, renovation, and replacement projects.
Available Positions and Qualifications
Mechanical Site Engineer: Responsible for overseeing HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing activities on-site. Candidates must have strong technical expertise and coordination abilities. Electrical knowledge is a plus. A graduate degree in Mechanical or Industrial Production Engineering is required.
Electrical Engineer: Experienced in electrical systems including fire alarms, low voltage (LV) installations, lighting, and UPS systems. Candidates who have worked on commercial projects like malls, banks, offices, or hospitals are preferred. Ability to manage mechanical tasks is advantageous. A degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
Mechanical Foreman: Hands-on experience with HVAC installations including chillers, DX units, AHU/FCU, piping, and ducting is essential. Must possess strong leadership and manpower management skills. Diploma or ITI certification in Mechanical or HVAC is required.
Electrical Foreman: In charge of electrical installations, LV systems, fire alarms, and lighting, preferably in commercial projects. Applicants should hold a Diploma or ITI certification in Electrical.
Mechanical Draughtsman: Skilled in HVAC drafting with a solid understanding of design principles. Candidates should have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering along with a Drafting Certificate.
Experience and Salary Range
Engineers with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience can expect monthly salaries between SAR 7,500 and SAR 8,000. Foremen and draughtsmen with 10 to 12 years of experience will be offered salaries from SAR 4,500 to SAR 6,000. Accommodation, transportation, and for foremen, food allowances are provided.
