Job Overview

We are urgently seeking experienced professionals for critical engineering roles on our Riyadh project. We have openings for a Senior QC Engineer at the managerial level and a Senior HSE Engineer, also at the managerial level. Both positions require candidates with transferable Iqama and a commitment to maintaining high standards in quality control and health, safety, and environment compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Senior QC Engineer:

• Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC systems and inspection procedures aligned with project requirements.
• Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and material approvals to ensure compliance.
• Monitor and supervise concrete work phases, including rebar placement, formwork setup, and concrete pouring.
• Ensure all activities adhere strictly to project specifications and quality standards.

Senior HSE Engineer:

• Create and enforce robust HSE plans and protocols tailored for the project environment.
• Oversee high-risk work activities such as scaffolding and lifting operations to ensure safety compliance.
• Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and provide training sessions to promote a safe work culture.
• Drive a zero-incident safety culture on site through vigilant monitoring and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Transferable Iqama is mandatory for both positions.
• Proven managerial experience in QC or HSE roles within large-scale engineering projects, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and project quality specifications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
