Job Overview

An established agricultural company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is urgently seeking skilled UHT Line CFT Operators to join their team. This role requires operators with direct visas from Pakistan or India and solid experience in managing UHT sterilizer processing lines. The position involves ensuring high product quality through precise operation and maintenance of thermal processing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

The UHT Line CFT Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring the continuous flow technology (CFT) machinery used for ultra-high temperature sterilization processes. Daily duties include overseeing pasteurization, mixing, cooling, and sterilizing activities to guarantee product safety and adherence to industry standards.

• Operate the UHT CFT processing line and adjust machine parameters as needed.
• Perform CIP (clean-in-place) and SIP (sterilization-in-place) procedures to maintain hygiene and equipment performance.
• Monitor equipment functionality, troubleshoot minor faults, and escalate major issues to maintenance support.
• Accurately document production and operational data for quality control records.
• Collaborate closely with quality assurance, production, and maintenance teams to optimize workflow.
• Follow strict health, safety, and quality guidelines throughout all processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Technical/Industrial Diploma, preferably in Operations, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience operating UHT CFT sterilization lines.
• Good understanding of PLC and HMI systems applied in thermal processing.
• Training experience with Tetra Pak or CFT equipment is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work well under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
• Technical expertise in machine operation, fault detection, and maintenance of sterilization equipment.
