A leading construction company in Riyadh is urgently seeking experienced professionals to fill multiple key management roles within high-value hotel construction projects. Available Positions and Salary Packages

• Project Director / Project Manager: 50,000 – 60,000 SAR
• Technical Manager: 20,000 – 25,000 SAR (Negotiable)
• HSE Manager: 20,000 – 25,000 SAR (Negotiable)
• Interface Manager: 20,000 – 25,000 SAR (Negotiable)
• Logistics Manager: 20,000 – 25,000 SAR (Negotiable)
• Procurement Manager: 20,000 – 25,000 SAR (Negotiable)
• Project Control Manager: 20,000 – 25,000 SAR (Negotiable)
• QA/QC Manager: 20,000 – 25,000 SAR (Negotiable)
• Risk Manager: 20,000 SAR (Negotiable)
• BIM Manager: 20,000 SAR (Negotiable)
• Safety Training Engineer: 8,000 – 10,000 SAR (Negotiable)

Key Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in building construction projects, specifically luxury five-star hotels.
• Proven track record working on projects with single contract values exceeding 3 billion SAR.
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia and able to commence work within two weeks.
• Freelancers are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to accept a probation period of three months before sponsorship is offered.

Additional Information
