Tenders Engineer Required

Description

Minimum 5 years of experience in tenders and contracts.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, and Microsoft Office applications.
Fluency in English & Arabic
Preparation of technical proposals, implementation plans, and schedules.
Ability to work with all governmental and non-governmental platforms.
Experience in reviewing and preparing technical proposals.
