We are seeking experienced Telecom Civil Work Supervisors and Helpers to join our team in Riyadh. This role involves working on new telecom site projects, including tower climbing, installation, and maintenance. The position offers immediate start opportunities and requires candidates to hold a valid iqama.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist in the installation of telecom towers and related civil works.
• Carry out routine maintenance and inspection tasks to ensure site safety and operational efficiency.
• Support tower climbing operations under safety guidelines and protocols.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in telecom civil works, site supervision, or similar fields.
• Valid iqama is mandatory for all applicants.
• Ability to climb telecom towers and work at heights safely.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Willingness to join immediately and successfully complete a 3-month probation period.
