Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Proposal Writing Specialist with extensive experience in drafting and preparing proposals for renewable energy and conventional power projects. This role requires a candidate who can develop comprehensive, accurate, and compelling technical proposals aligned with tender guidelines and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The specialist will be responsible for thoroughly reviewing tender documents, Request for Proposals (RFPs), and bid specifications. Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and technical experts, the role involves gathering detailed inputs to create well-structured technical proposals. This includes producing technical narratives, methodologies, and visual elements such as charts and diagrams. Organizing proposal materials to comply with submission criteria and deadlines is also essential, ensuring all documentation reflects professionalism and strict adherence to client requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

A background in engineering is highly preferred to understand and translate technical information effectively. Strong proposal writing and technical drafting expertise are critical, with an emphasis on clarity and precision. Applicants must have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience within Saudi Arabia, specifically preparing proposals for the renewable energy or power sectors. Experience supporting bids with values exceeding SAR 10 million is required, demonstrating the ability to handle large-scale project submissions. Proficiency in English is mandatory to deliver high-quality proposals, while Arabic language skills are advantageous but not required.

Requirements

• Engineering qualification preferred.
• 5–10 years experience in Saudi Arabia within energy sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in technical proposal writing for renewable energy and power projects.
• Track record of contributing to bids valued at SAR 10 million or more.
• Excellent command of English for proposal documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather technical content.
