Job Overview

Elsa Integrated Contracting Company is looking to hire a skilled Technical Office Engineer experienced in project planning to join their team in Riyadh. This role involves managing technical documentation and project scheduling to support construction activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing shop drawings, technical submittals, and all relevant project documentation. You will also handle project planning, develop schedules, and monitor ongoing progress to ensure timely delivery. Coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams is essential to maintain seamless communication and workflow. Additionally, you will prepare detailed project progress reports and provide technical support to enhance project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in technical office operations and project planning.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and technical document management.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project for planning purposes.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective communication and coordination skills to interact with multiple stakeholders.
• Prior experience working in Saudi Arabia is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Environment

The position is office-based at the Rossais Tower, 5th Floor, Al Murabba, Riyadh. Candidates should be prepared to work within a dynamic team environment focused on efficient project delivery and quality standards.
