Job Overview

Elsa Integrated Contracting Company is looking to hire a skilled Technical Office Engineer with strong planning experience to join their Riyadh team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing technical documentation and project scheduling within construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

The Technical Office and Planning Engineer will play a crucial role in coordinating project documentation and schedules. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and reviewing shop drawings, technical submittals, and other project-related documents
• Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and monitoring progress
• Coordinating effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Producing regular progress reports and supporting technical documentation
• Assisting project teams with technical and planning-related challenges to drive successful project outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline
• Proven experience in technical office roles combined with project planning responsibilities
• Strong familiarity with construction processes and technical documentation standards
• Hands-on experience using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project for planning and scheduling
• Competency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred but not mandatory

Work Location

The position is based at Elsa Integrated Contracting Company’s office located on the 5th Floor of Rossais Tower, Al Murabba, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
