Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Engineer Draftsman with solid experience in civil construction drawings to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of AutoCAD and expertise in preparing various types of construction and shop drawings, ensuring project accuracy and alignment with site requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves preparing Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings, detailed Shop Drawings, and As-Built Drawings related to civil and concrete works. You will be responsible for coordinating drawings in accordance with site specifications and consultant feedback. Additionally, expertise in quantity take-offs and revising drawings to reflect changes will support project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD and experienced in civil construction drawing preparation.
• Thorough understanding of reinforced concrete structures and construction processes.
• Ability to generate detailed Shop and As-Built Drawings.
• Experience with IFC drawings and drawing revisions.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with site teams and consultants.
• Knowledge of quantity take-offs is a plus.

Location and Salary

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The offered salary ranges between SAR 5,000 and SAR 6,000, with immediate joining preferred to meet urgent project timelines.
