Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Source and identify qualified candidates for various roles across different industries.
- Review CVs, conduct initial candidate assessments, and organize interview schedules.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey to enhance engagement.
- Keep recruitment tracking systems and databases up to date with accurate information.
- Coordinate onboarding processes ensuring all necessary paperwork and formalities are completed promptly.
- Follow up with candidates, new hires, and stakeholders to facilitate a seamless joining experience.
- Prepare detailed reports and manage records to support recruitment and operational reporting needs.
- Assist in day-to-day operational support and administrative tasks to boost team efficiency.
- Support the team’s efforts to deliver timely and professional talent acquisition and workforce solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR operations, or administrative roles within Saudi Arabia is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, for managing data and reports.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with recruitment or workforce solutions is advantageous.
- Preference will be given to Indian female candidates.
Salary and Benefits
The offered monthly salary is SAR 3,000, with the possibility of a slight increase depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
