Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Supervisor specializing in Power and Control Panel Boards to lead the assembly, wiring, testing, and installation of low-voltage electrical panels. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, and managing efficient production workflows within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves supervising daily operations related to power and control panel production, including managing a team of electricians and technicians. The supervisor will oversee accurate assembly and wiring processes in accordance with electrical schematics, general arrangement drawings, and panel layouts. In addition, closely monitoring productivity, quality assurance, and timely delivery is essential. Collaborating with engineering, QA/QC teams, and project managers to troubleshoot issues and apply corrective measures is a critical component. Maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring strict compliance with safety and company protocols are also expected.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities related to low-voltage panels, MCC, PCC, control panels, and PLC systems. Effective communication and leadership skills are essential for guiding the team and meeting production goals. Attention to detail combined with the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines is vital for success in this role.

Qualifications

A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline is required. Candidates must have 5 to 8 years of experience in manufacturing electrical panel boards and be proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and diagrams. Experience in testing and commissioning of panels is necessary. Familiarity with international standards such as IEC is an advantage. Applicants should currently reside in Saudi Arabia and hold a transferable Iqama, ready for immediate transfer.
