We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time, hybrid role combines on-site supervision with some remote work flexibility, focusing on civil and structural engineering aspects of interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

The Site Engineer will oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring all construction activities meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include effective coordination with subcontractors, managing project timelines, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. The role involves close collaboration with project teams to support planning, problem-solving, and seamless execution of civil and structural tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience supervising construction site operations and civil engineering tasks.
• Strong communication abilities to interact efficiently with clients, contractors, and project teams.
• Thorough knowledge of quality control processes to uphold design integrity and safety compliance.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Well-developed organizational skills and capacity to address project challenges effectively.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction regulations and safety protocols is preferred.
• Experience in interior fit-out or similar construction projects offers a competitive advantage.
