Job Overview

We are looking to expand our team for a prestigious large-scale construction project of a 5-star hotel located in Medina City, Saudi Arabia. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to a high-value, multi-billion SAR luxury development with world-class standards.

The position of Site Engineer specializing in Mechanical and Electrical disciplines is open for candidates with relevant experience in 5-star hotel or high-rise building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate mechanical and electrical works on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the project management and engineering teams to monitor progress and address any technical issues.
• Ensure timely execution of tasks while maintaining safety and regulatory requirements specific to hotel and high-rise construction.
• Conduct regular inspections and assist in problem-solving to keep the project on schedule and within budget.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Mechanical and Electrical Site Engineer, preferably on 5-star hotel or high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of relevant engineering standards, building codes, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to the dynamic environment of a large-scale construction site.

Employment Details

Location: Medina City, Saudi Arabia

Iqama Status: Non-transferable initially; transfer of sponsorship possible only after completing a three-month probation period. Preference will be given to candidates willing to join early and those accepting these terms.
